Joyful Love

This was a poem I had to write as part of the devo I am doing that reflects the Wesleys. This was an "assignment" to "mirror" Mrs. Susanna Wesley's lifestyle, per se.


Lord You are my love
You are the only One for me
i see You stand lovingly over me
and oh i do love Thee

You are the greatest One
i cannot stand alone
but bow in great awe of You
and oh i do love Thee
oh i do love Thee

my life is in Your hands
and i will worship You
because You are the only One for me
and oh i do love Thee
oh i do love Thee

thank You for Your gifts
of mercy and of grace
for all those things You've done
that i cannot replace
and oh i do love Thee
oh i do love Thee
